Employers hire us to help them find qualified candidates to fill their employment needs.

Other times companies need to hire temporary workers, or want to “try out” employees before hiring them. The client may choose to hire an employee as a temporary, long term, or direct hire. Synergy will serve as your human resource department and your primary employer.

Either way, the hiring process is the same. We learn as much as we can about your needs and abilities and learn the needs of the clients needing assistance, and then find the ideal match of job and job seeker.

  1. Hourly Wages. You will be paid weekly. The pay period starts on a Monday and ends on Sunday. You must submit your timesheets promptly and accurately by no later than noon on Monday. It is the employee’s responsibility which includes having their supervisor approve their time card.

  3. Holiday Pay will be paid after 1500 hours of consecutive service
  4. Vacation Pay will be paid after 1500 hours of consecutive service
